RETURNS AND REFUNDS

TERMS OF DELIVERY

FRANCE – Items are prepared for dispatch the same day and delivered within 1 to 4 working days of dispatch anywhere in mainland France. We offer delivery by La Poste or via Mondial Relay.
The law on delivery charges for books will apply from 7 October 2023. This law, known as the "Darcos Law", which was passed in December 2021 and whose decree was published on 7 April this year, sets a minimum delivery charge of €3 for orders up to €35 and €1 cent for orders over €35.

EUROPE and the rest of the world : 
Your book will benefit from La Poste's reduced "book and brochure" rates.
Belgium, Luxembourg, Spain, Germany, Italy, Austria, Portugal, Netherlands: delivery to a relay point is also possible.

RETURN AND REFUND CONDITIONS
You have 14 days following your order on our website andapura-editions.com to return the product(s). You will receive a full refund.
To be eligible for a refund, items must not have been opened and must be returned in their original packaging, in perfect condition for resale.
To make a return, all you need to do is contact customer services beforehand by e-mail at contact@andapura.com. Don't forget to include your surname, first name, address and order number.
Once your return for refund has been validated, we will send you a returns label to stick on your parcel to cover the cost of the return postage. This label can only be used for Metropolitan France. Outside this area, return postage will be charged to the customer and the parcel must be sent to this address:

As soon as we receive your parcel, we will send you an e-mail confirming that we have received it. The refund will be made, subject to the conditions for returns being respected, within a maximum of 14 days following receipt of your parcel and automatically to the account associated with the bank card used for payment or to the Paypal account used for payment. You will be reimbursed for the amount of your purchase, excluding transport costs.

Repayment amount
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, you will be responsible for the cost of transporting the return parcel. We will reimburse you in full for the sums paid at the time of ordering, including the price of the product(s) for which you have exercised your right of withdrawal, as well as the cost of sending the products ordered, calculated on a pro rata basis according to the value of the product(s) for which you have exercised your right of withdrawal.
If you make use of the quality guarantee (defective item or item that does not conform to the order), the amount refunded may include services such as the postage costs that you paid when you placed your order.



Our priority is your satisfaction. We do our utmost to prepare your order with the utmost care. Nevertheless, some items may arrive in poor condition. (e.g. the book cover is damaged).
We invite you to contact@andapura.com so that we can cover the cost of returning the item to you by means of a returns label.
Once you have received your returns label, please return the faulty items to us at the following address:

1. Pack the books in their original boxes. If you no longer have the original packaging, please take great care with the packaging.
2. insert in the parcel the returns form received following your request as well as the delivery note or invoice.
4. Close the parcel.
5. Affix the returns label to the parcel. 6. Return the parcel to the Post Office.

As soon as we receive your parcel, we will send you an e-mail confirming that we have received it. In the case of an exchange, this will be processed as quickly as possible within a maximum of 7 days following receipt of your items. If the items are not available, we will contact you to inform you.
